I would suggest Meghalya especially shillong and Sikkim over the two.Far better infrastructure and the societal attitude is far more geared towards tourists.

Remember we are 8 we are united...maripur produces sportsman...meghalaya ,mizoram,ap,...spectacular places...assam has become too crowded...otherwise its a nice place too..btw my home town is tinskia
