diplomatic immunity refers that the govt of pakistan cannot arrest the person even if he kill ..
SO..
If such a person kills the chief of army staff or the president ..can the govt/law enforcing agencies punish him or just deport him saying that he did a condemning act like they are doing now and the person runs freely back home?...
Shouldn't all the pakistanis be told the names of people who are granted such LICENSES TO KILL
