Hurricane Sandy even scarier from space in incredible video
Hurricane Sandy even scarier from space in incredible video
22 hrs ago
This video is compiled of satellite images from space, taken every minute from 7:15 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., showing the terrifying span of Hurricane Sandy. Reports from the Caribbean say that so far it has left 40 people dead and is expected to hit the U.S. near Delaware on Tuesday morning. Fears that the already enormous hurricane will combine with two separate weather systems have led scientists to dub it the "Frankenstorm." If you havent prepared for Sandy yet and you live on the East Coast, hopefully this video is spooky enough to send you over to the national Hurricane Center preparedness guide site, with safety tips and several links to keep you updated on the storms progress.
