I am sure free cancer hospital and metro rails will be established at some time but the problem is the rest of Punjab and Pakistan are not addressed in regards to development. Leaving KPK to Imran Khan alone for development which leaves to Sindh/Balochistan although CPEC should get the ball rolling [more projects]. As for Karachi, it is about time the mega city should have metro projects of all kinds.
