Pakistan surely lost its win margin from recent years but i was saying even you should not interept 22-20 ratio as Indian dominance but its very much equal performance . India has certain advantage over Pakistan after this IPl and BCCI INFLUENCE on ICC

It would be silly for anyone to judge head to head purely by world cup tournaments.

The overall record gives the true picture. India have been better in ODI since Ganguly transformed Indian cricket.

However looking at overall record since then it is still very much balanced.

Pakistan at their peak trashed India day in day out and that is why they are 20 games won ahead.

India would need to produce a generation of Saeed Anwars, Wasims, Waqars at the same time. I don't see this ever happening. All I see is good batsman emerging and trundler rubbish in the bowling ranks.

I mean at least of quality of Srinath or Zaheer Khan. Forget Kapil Dev. Srinath at his peak was genuinely quick.

I would agree you might have a point for debate at least if all your fast bowlers were Pashtun like Imran Khan.

But how is a Punjabi or a Sindhi fast bowler of Pakistan physically more endowed than his counterparts in India?

One word. Culture.

You need a culture to bowl fast. In Pakistan, if you bowl below 130 kph, you are NOT considered a fast bowler. And forget about the national team, nobody in the weakest of domestic sides will give you a chance unless you are an all rounder or an exception like Mohammad Asif.

India needs to get a damn good fast bowler and make him into a hero so that the young ones start to copy him.

Pakistan had very few genuinely fast bowlers before the rise of Imran Khan. After that, there was a long queue.
