The question arises is how?
Lets not even talk about blood on who's hands because everyone knows who has blood on their hands.
The real issue is that Pakistan does not have a bargaining chip or any inventive to compel India for talks, the fact is India will want to talk if ever from a position of strength because there is absolutely no pressure for it to go and talk to Pakistan. It's Pakistan that wants a lot of things from India be it water, Siachen, Sir Creek, Kashmir etc with nothing to give in return except trade and now that too Pakistan is demanding equal market access and lifting of much more trade restrictions from India than what it is willing to offer in return keeping the well being of its fledgling manufacturing industry and its farming interests.
So, logically India feels that there was no need for its ambassador to talk to hurriyat chaps even when Nawaz himself did not find a need to.
Our stand is that the Shimla and Lahore declaration makes any third party involvement null and void.
