Hindu religion is based on caste hierarchy. It’s a feature of Hinduism not a bug.

His fears have been proved right.

Indian Muslims did not fight for multiple nations as much as Bengali Muslims. They are now paying the price - genocide on the scale of 1930s Germany is a matter of time.

British India should have produced multiple Muslim and Hindu nations.

But that would have reduced the power of Hindu Brahmins.

They not only wanted to keep low caste Hindus in their place but wanted to add the Muslims to the ladder as well.

Bengali Muslims, almost unanimously, saw through Nehru/Gandhi/Patel plot, and demanded their own nation.

All Indian Muslim League was founded in Dhaka in 1906. This is fact.

The Nawab of Dhaka, His Excellency Salim Ullah Khan proposed the formation of the AIML.

Later the HQ of the AIML was moved to Lucknow and Sir Aga Khan became the first President.

Many of the Muslim League's notable statesmen and activists hailed from East Bengal, including

It's hard to imagine India without Islam. It shielded the Hindu heartlands by accepting their right to live as per their rules. It took a colonial non Muslim administrator to stop ritual burnings of widows.

He was a lawyer by profession, I don't think he would forcefully make people stay. Jinnah would advocate safeguarding the many minorities in India protected by state functions not prone to numerical issues of democracy.
