We decided not to attack Pakistan at the last moment because we are rational beings unlike your kind . India could have fucked Pakistan badly but we were under a lot of pressure from global powers . we are an emerging economy and can't afford to invite economic sanctions to destroy our hard work . Pakistan on the other hand has no economy to speak of . And here armed forces work under the government and can't act independently whereas in Pakistan army is the government and does anything freely like a khulla saand . You should be thankful that India is a democracy . If we were a military dictatorship we would have obliterated Pakistan long ago .

Now we have BJP govt and the west is too on our side . If Pakistan tries any misadventure , it won't get a second chance .

Actually let me tell you the real capabilities or hidden capabilities which an advanced country has is not on land but on space. Many people here tend to forget or don't pay attention when they see list of top 10 militaries of the world and dilute the list by making their own list.
The top 5 or 4 nations which are on the list of top ten militaries have a world class space capabilities which range from real time reconnaisance to tracking sensitive activities also from BMD to jamming the whole communication system of a country.

Now this is what we call a top military countries which have dual capabilities offensive and defensive.

As an RUSSIAN defence analyst said
'The real WAR in the future will not be won by weapons but by satellites'.
