The United States' "no engagement with Narendra Modi" policy was over, former president Bill Clinton told NDTV, saying everybody thought that India's new prime minister had the potential to "make a difference". Mr Clinton also stressed on the need for "serious peace talks" to defuse the ongoing Mideast crisis.
