Can any 1 tell me how telco companies are going to deal with the voips in india...

by providing value added services....like 3G, voice sms, ringtones .. this is the new mantra

Have you heard about Voynage and other similar products out there in the market???? Market is too huge to accommodate all kind of products buddy...It depends on the profile of the customer - some prefer VOIP because it is cheap, some prefer regular landline as it has better quality and no dependence on internet speed, some have no idea about VOIP and internet and some just don't care.....

I know about this.. but the way in south asia people are buying computers and laptop within 2015-2020 most of the people will have access to internet... then definitely people will start to use voip.... n regarding 3g stuff .. yeas thats a big business.... but many other wimax companies can also provide the same service.. then do not you think it will be rival... in the coming years... as far as I have heard... land lines will be placed in museum in the next couple of decades....

you do realize Bharti offers cellphone services as well. If you plan on carrying your VOIP set all over bangladesh, You might want to stock up on CAT5s

Not really. I predict this Bharati Airtel will die out and will not make any profit. There are other big players in BD already dominating telecom sector.

lol..........who give this information to you... infact, vodafone is investing all the money back in india... do you know who was the head of vodafone when they launched in india....arun sarin another indian ... and for your information vodafone has been charged of 12 bn $ tax by GOI....... as per the govenrmnet rules a particular percentage of company's profit need to invest in india only.... as per bangladeshi their country is run by indian stooges.. pls go their and ask them...

Bharti Airtel of Sunil Bharti Mittal from Bharti Land (India) takes over warid company and renames it Airtel BD the profits of which will be sent to Bharti Land
