Wanted!-Help on ideas on alternate fuels for paper presentation

I am not a technical person, so I will explain the idea to the best of my knowledge. The wind turbines will be in the shape turbines found inside a jet engine. This will cover the entire length of the road. The turbine will be installed below road level in a pit which will be covered by iron grating..much like the sump pits in road tunnels. When the car moves over this area, the wind generated will turn the turbine and turn the gearbox installed at the road side.

There has been a lot of postive development in this sector.Suzlon Energy is one of the biggest private sector companies in India which is presently working on wind energy.
The turbines are generally very big,which is required else,it would not be economically sustinable.A light breeze wont be able to make them move.Also we need the turbines rolling for most of the time.So it is better to put them in hilly areas,again not very high mountains.South-Indian states like Tamilnadu and Andhra Pradesh have lots of these wind mills.There are also lots of wind mills along the Western Ghat mountain ranges in the states of Maharasthra and Karnataka.One will be able to see them if one take a bus-ride from Mumbai to Bangalore.There are hundreds of them in those hills.

Gas Hydrates is a new resource which is abundant in our oceanic region especially near India.

Start with statistics on Gas Hydrates. Then scope of it along with why it is hard to get (they are very brittle to mine and more research needed)

Gas hydrates burns releasing Ch4 (methane) so you need to threat this gas in environmental friendly by-product.

Its a resource which can take care of our energy requirements for decades along with economic boom.

The technology is currently being developed in US and by few private and state energy establishments.

Another one is using Tidal waves.

Micro Turbines suspended on Solar panels on Canals in Gujrat (this idea is yet to be put operational).

For particular building, one in Dubai, they have installed 3 wind mils connecting the two buildings which made these two building self reliant on electricity.
