I currently work on my paper to finish my traineeship at an italian airline. I plan to bring some opinions from customers into it and would like to publish the questions here so i can get some other "cultural input". I used my friends and family as peer group but all are italian and i would like to have a wider field of cultural based opinions.
Its 15 questions. The first 4 narrow the field and the last 11 lead towards the target. It would be nice if i could get up to 20 answers here that are not italian

Twice a month at least in the last 8 months.3 hour flight i guess falls under short.

Both.

5. would you chose a cheaper flight if you dont get any snacks or drinks or free luggage or do you expect a certain service and would also pay for it?
I expect to drink on my flight: beer/vodca.Don't care for other services
6. Do you use services as online check in or check in machines or do you prefer personal service at the check in?
Online check in always.
7. Do you want special seats and would be willing to pay a higher fee for your preferred seat or is this aspect irrelevant for you and you accept the seat you get?
No,I don't care.I won't pay more for prefered seats.
8. Do you pay much attention for small details like real metal knife and forks as well as real dishes or is it ok for you if the meals are served with plastic dishs?
I don't eat in the airplane.
9. How do you get in contact with your airline if you have a problem? Would you prefer via phone, chat, video chat or Email?
Phone.
10. If you chose the video chat option would you also want to be visible for the airlines employee or rather stay anonymous?
11. How important is it for you that you that your airline offers you special higher priced "carbon prices" so you can fly without emissions?
Not very important.I want cheap flight.
12. Do you think a nations national carrier should also embrace that nations image?
Yes.
13. Do you use "paperless tickets" that only exist in digital form in your smartphone or tablet or do you still prefer the traditional form? if so, why?
Traditional.I expect the phone to get ruined,not to work,etc.Better to have things in your actual hands.
14. would you accept if your airlines would chose rather remote airports with longer distances to urban areas if you could safe money and get cheaper deals?
No.
15. do you book your flights directly on the airlines website? in the travel office or through online 3rd parties (search engines ect).
