"Wake up Lahore" Zaid Hamid's lecture at Al-Hamra

Hello guys,

I'm invited to Zaid Hamid's lecture which is being organized by some very influential educational institutes and personalities of Lahore. The event is called "Wake up Lahore". The crowd will be coming from the following institutes;

PAC - LUMS - NCA - KINNAIRD - UCP - LSE - ICBS - FAST - USA - PSFD - GC - BEACON HOUSE - LGS

Anyone in Lahore can attend this event but you must have an invitation pass, your CNIC or student card. I'm not sure where you can get the pass, but try coming to the venue and you might be able to get one outside, if lucky.

I'm excited about this as I have some pretty tough questions lined up for Zaid Hamid . I know all the Indian folks here would request me to ask him about "Amar Singh" but I think someone just might do that as its going to be a huge crowd. Lets see if we're allowed to record the event.

Haha that's true to some degree. One of the main reasons why I'm going is because they're going to have a Q&A session. I've always wanted to ask him a very "Blunt" question. Let's see if I'd get the chance to ask and lets see if he can handle that question.

I would like to ask him that why doesn't he back up his enormous claims about CIA involvement in Pakistan with concrete evidence?

You see the title of this show? "Wake up Lahore"... Why does everything about Zaid Hamid is designed to scare the crap out of us? The revolution that hes so proudly claiming is just that, scare everyone and then position yourself as a know-it-all.

He was wrong about 50% of his claims after the Mumbai attack. A good think tank would speculate for the good of the country and lay out a handful of possibilities - things we got to look out for. When his theories are proven wrong, he'd be just as much at joy to be able to discount those possibilities. Bezerk, I really wish I was attending it. I would've definitely popped a few questions given the opportunity.
