It detailed the signing ceremony and visit of rolls Royce China MD to their factory to sign the contract to buy the LP blades.

They buy some machines from starrag just to machine the blades for rolls Royce. They also have a contract to provide other parts for the Trent engine apart from the LP blades.

Nope, that documentary specifically touched on aero engines and it was about aero engines. I see you are shocked China makes aero engine parts for RR? LP blades are actually not complex for Chinese manufacturers, the hard part is the HP blades.
