the posted video says it only for export

. .
No ERA or electronic protection system is visible in the tank what the matter ? if it was to attract the buyer then it should have shown all the features .

That's not correct. The world MBT trade is slowed down quickly due to no major conflicts, you will be quite lucky to get a more than 100 MBT order.Morroco already ordered 150 VT-1A and Bangladesh army ordered 44 MBT-2000/VT-1A,that's a nearlly 200 order for recent three years,Considering the current world MBT trade size,it's a big achievment.

It is not fair to say others would be quite lucky to get more then 100 MBTs orders, you forgot russian T-90s when mentioning lucky ones, RSA has ordered T-90s no signs of Al Khalid/variants, another example is india which has procured a number of T-90s and will receiver the 3rd batch along with production of licensed T-90s around a 1000 in numbers. Algeria and Turkmenistan are another examples well over 1000 tanks in total, Lebanon is also in talks for russian T-90s. Venezuelan and RSA decided for russian equipment. Or let me correct my words marketing does not seem good to Gulf.

Never the less both Chinese and russian are the only strong contenders for the future replacement of African Armies equipment.

Look at the first and third pictures. One can clearly see ERA bricks on the glacis.

. . . . . . . .
The days of tank battles are over. Its just a huge waste of time, money and resources to invest in tanks. Better invest in helicopter gunships. Future battles will be fought in the air.
