The requirement of Wheeled MRAPs is more than a Wheeled APC. The COIN war is an ongoing war where as chances of a conventional war are low. MRAPs can serve as regular APCs also or get permanently deployed with FC and Rangers.
It would however be interesting to see if PA raises a formation based on the Motor-Rifle Division concept of Soviets/Russians or a fully wheeled armored formation with light and heavy vehicles similar to US Army 9th Infantry Division with Light Attack Battalions, Combined Arms Light and Heavy Battalion.
Wheel Vs Tracked in various terrains, 105 mm on wheeled, etc has been discussed in various threads already.
