swift/vitz

model year, engine -- have no idea ... also is vitz reconditioned or just slight touching / finishing is done ?
---

need one smaller car for my mom she has destroyed the new civic while reversing

------------------------------
also a friend of mine is encouraging me to buy a merc / bmw -- 7 years old -kompressor/3series- at around 24 lacks .. i was planning to order the new corrola however the friend has shown some site listings and sys if body is in good condition, you should go for used bmw/merc

these days have a toyota, civic city -- sportage is the family car -- the used bmw/merc or new corrolla/civic will replace the city

Vitz 1300cc is well powered for its size. Its second hand and noone wants to sell a perfect 1300cc vitz IST. Therefore with that in mind you will find one either above book price or will have some quirks they havent disclosed. Brand new swift would be a good option since it has the same size engine but the interior is a little dated and cheap. Since I do not know your disposable income, I would go with what I would do. I would fix that civic up. Dont care how much money you make, if you are having trouble fixing a civic, think what you will go through with your mechanics lugging around a merc or BMW. You cant have your driver fix those cars. Not mentioning the difference in spare parts cost cause I am assuming money is not the problem.

I answered that a little late in the above part. If both second hand then the vitz would be better option. They are easy to maintain and you can cash out a little quicker with the vitz.

my mom is not the driver she used to be -- hahaha now she pitches the car first and then sees f the road is free or not

yar with vitz etc , i can manage a newish car-- will be disposing my city soon

Personally I would go with the swift if new. Not used. It looks better, gets to hard to reach places. Good turn angles and powered correctly. Only problem is not having a trunk. For my mom I would get a 94 prado automatic with bangladeshi front and rear bumpers.

my mom is very happy with the sportage .. green belt, motor cyclists.. nothing matters.. sportage crosses them all

New corolla is being booked now ..very improved shape interior quality and good cvt gear in altis and grande altis ...but same old tech engines. Civic needs new gear as elsewhere in world the cvt and new earth dream direct injection engine. In response to new corolla civic will be compelled to do something.
Mercedes c class parts and resale is way better than bmw 3 series which is better car...but both are very expensive to maintain.
If one go for new shaped vitz its better than swift being lighter and better quality and better equipped. Swift is already older version less equipped lower quality offered in our country.
New city would be by the end of year available.

You talking about Suzuki Swift bro?
yes i think pak still has the 2013 model .. i think its 1300cc

yes ive noticed more older mercs than bmws in pak -- Is there a particular merc model number / year that is prevalent / easier to maintain in pak which I should try to fish out from the listings or the latest possible model i can get my hands on is ok?

Swift looks nice both inside and out. Very stylish too. But resale value is not so good compared to the Vitz.

Corolla/Allion is king in my opinion.

Merc > BMW in Pakistan. First find a shop that maintains mercs. He will guide you best to what year and model need to be considered. Then buying a merc would be best done with consulate ties. Car as a whole are the worst possible investment anyone could make. Buying a second hand one could end up as a time leech. Then considering a merc or bmw is compounding all those problems even further.

In India, its Maruti Suzuki Swift,Petrol variant is 1200cc and Diesel variant is 1250cc.

And for Toyota Vitz,if I am not wrong the Indian equivalent will be Toyota Etios 'Liva',Petrol 1200cc &1500cc,Diesel 1364cc
