very sorry to say but in that case you have to apply for a visa. a normal tourist visa. Or he can come along with some one who is 65

my dad can't walk, he can certainly come with my mum but she is around in her 70's ... such old people might not admit it but they require help from their younger generation

Stupid Move , Must be cone by Some muslims infested in Govt. This should be stopped immediately, India should also stop MFN status to PAK and force them to buy good at higher cost from international market.
