Never came across any divorce with in a week of marriage and are you telling me majority of Pakistani girls have their hymen intact? yeah right maybe 12 years old.

At this point no one expect mature women to have their hymen intact. If someone want virgin wife but is disappointed by lack of blood first night then he simply tell himself that it was ruptured on cycle or by taking in dildo. This is non issue in Pakistani society.

No one I know ever cared about hymen or blood on first night. You make it sound like divorce happen next day if there is no blood but guess what? In that case divorce rate in Pakistan would be sky high. Pakistani society is conservative but doesn't care about hymen rupture.

I have lived 2/3 of my life in Pakistan. Worked as wedding planner before the boom. I have yet to see anything like that.

I am also aware that chances have some cultures in Pakistan may do it. But Chances are they dont know about any tests.

On the other hand i have seen South American and African cultures celebrate the hymen victory and parade the sheets.

Virginity tests took my attention when girls in west started taking them when they sold theirs on ebay and social media.

Divorce rate rises with inflation and poor economy. These are directly proportional facts.

Now anything else if i may insist

I’m not specifying this concept taking place in Pakistan - what I am stating is that in Pashtun culture it does take place which is a certain percentage of Pakistan due to cultural practices. However the general society do want to pose that question forward - which is fair enough if it’s something they want as a preference however only if they’ve also met the category themselves and not be hypocritical about it.

Other than that it’s having passwords to social media, phone or knowing exact whereabouts on a daily basis which is too much due to their own insecurities.
