Vingroup lost USD1 billion last year in manufacturing due to poor sales of VinFast vehicles, EV investments

Oh please Mr. @Kai Liu if you have really do have access to Youtube you know the only car people in the West will ever buy amassing from Chinese manufacturers are mini golf carts for laughing stocks. No offense.

.
Cheap China labour? You are still a frog in the well. Take a mirror and look at your vietnam face before you claim China cheap labour. I am wondering how thicked is your skin. :enjoy:

China’s GDP per capita reaches $12,551 in 2021, overtaking global average GDP per capita: official

Vietnam strives to reach GDP growth of up to 6.5 per cent and GPD per capita of $3,900 in 2022

I present facts rather than some rattling emotional outburst and fantasy statement. :enjoy:
Chinese labor used to be cheap. Don't make fun of vietnam for being poor, they are doing their best to develop. They are trying to take the same path of development as China.

Who is make fun of who when a vietnamese cheap labourer try to call Chinese cheap labor first? I think you target the wrong one. :enjoy:

Chinese GDP per capita USD 12500

Vietnam GDP per capita, not even USD 4000

If you try to be impartial , you did a terrible job!

Chinese dont even dare to call American cheap labourer while a Vietnamese got the ignorant to claim Chinese cheap labourer when he forget to take mirror and look at himself first. lol...

Actually, even their GDP per capita is fake. They manipulated their GDP figure by an 'announcement' from the government in 2019...LMAO...
Let's just see this from the car sales figures which are given by car manufacturers since we are talking about cars here:
In 2009, China had a gdp per capita of ~3900 usd, while already the world's largest car market with ~14,000,000 cars sold domestically that year, that is 70 times that of vn annual car sales today...Not to mention luxury car sales...Those from the jungle, both their government and the people love to brag hard...LMAO...

P.S. a GDP per capita of ~3,000 USD is the threshold for families to own private cars in large scale. We saw this in China more than a decade ago, as I mentioned above, but we don't see this in the jungle vn today, as they are still sticking to their 50 cc bikes, the thing their middle class can only afford:

Buying a car is easy in Vietnam, buying a place to park a car is the difficult thing. In 2021 Vietnamese bought 400,000 passenger cars and mind you car price in Vietnam is much higher than car price in china that only cost a few thousand dollars. Meaning if car price in Vietnam is as cheap as in china, our unit sold could be like 5 million easy.

@Dark Sage

See early post and see who insult who first.

"I can guarantee you Vietnamese people will always choose Vinfast over cheaply built, unreliable Chinese knock-off" that's what I said. It's not an insult at all, just facts bud.

I never said that our labor are not cheap, did I? But let's not lie to yourself:

Premier casts spotlight on 600 million Chinese who earn 1,000 yuan a month

That's 6 times the population of Vietnam that earn less than 200 bucks a month, Mr @Beast. I hope you or your family are not one of them.

Actually IMF is the international body that forced us to recalculate our economy and lift the base. Many countries had to do the same. A lower GDP figure is actually an advantage for us at this stage, and we are stalling the recalculation.

Our government places heavy taxes on car imports. We pay way more for the same models that Chinese purchase.

Before the lockdown, countless unemployed Chinese people that missed out on China's growth were smuggled into Vietnam to find jobs in garment factories, casinos and wind turbines constructions. Most of them ended up buying scooters as well, so that probably added to the numbers of 2 wheelers.

Another self delusion. That has nothing to do with quality decision but more to do with nationalism. Made in China is definitely better than your made in Vietnam. Tesla build factory in China proves that. You can cheat, lie or deluded yourself. It wouldn't change any fact. You are just slapping your own face.

Even you admit your labor is cheap, what makes u even the right to try mock at China? You shall know China is a 18 trillion economy and a socialist country. The government are subside large number of low income and their cost of living is much much lower than city life.

I present real fact of GDP per Capita. If u think vietnam really has higher standard of living or higher wages than China. Then I don't see reason why vietnamese migrant worker running so hard across the Chinese border everyday trying hard to make a living. :enjoy:

@Dark Sage

Open your eyes and see the real world of your cheap labor. lol..

Another stupid comment from you. Chinese will fight back when insulted especially from an inferior being. Grow some backbone! The one try to flaunt is those frog in the well.

If you dont know how to be impartial. Keep one side and dont make a fool of yourself.
See early post and see who insult who first.
You know those Americans who were making fun of Chinese companies and products 10 years ago? You are doing the same to Vietnam.

The Vietnam who themselves are even cheaper than China try to mock at Chinese. See the ironic. Now is vietnamese mocking at us and not american. Do u see Chinese 10 years ago mock made in America?

You prove to be massive failure trying to act paramagnetic and impartial. I suggest u shall just keep your mouth shut. You just made a fool of yourself.

But now Chinese can mock made in America... B737 max and F-35....

LMAO... Chinese who 'smuggled' into vn only for one mission: to smuggle vn women out to China...nothing else. BTW, I made a mistake, the bike is 50cc instead of 150cc, still a real luxury in the jungle...:rofl::rofl:

Your premier dare not even to give out that number, your entire 90 million earn less than 300 yuan according to your gdp per capita, that's why you jungle creatures need to run across the border like slaves as shown in the videos instead of empty claims. :enjoy:

No excuse though, that means your currency worth even less, your GDP per capita should be even lower.

Wrong comparison. vn should first match the economic or technological capability of one province (the poorest one), or one city of ours. Don't be fooled by those from the jungle. this shxt company is doomed, zero tech, zero market, zero reputation, and now lose billions, soon it will go bankrupt and left those from the jungle nothing to even brag...

lol at chinese fortune telling. you guys predicted Vinfast wouldn't be able to sell a single unit and would go bankrupt in its first year of 2020. Just after its 2nd year of operation in 2021, Vinfast already captured 10% of Vietnam's domestic passenger cars, something that chinese cars couldn't do, LOL. Fast forward to 2022, Vinfast continue to surge forward and build another 2000 hecta factory that is 6 times larger than their factory in Hai Phong in addition to installing 150,000 EV charging stations for their EV. I can understand why the korean netizen go ape shiit at Vinfast for undercutting their sales in Vietnam, but why chinese netizen? Vinfast is not undercutting any of your sales and Vietnamese don't even know the existence of any chinese car to begin with either, LOL
