Villages across China

. .
what part of feng shui you don't understand?
In China, we say the building design use Fengshui, the target is to make the building friendly to human and also nature. Fengshui is a tool, not a goal.
And i mean the farmers are not good educated, thats why they have no test neither Idea. What are you talking top graduates for?

Chinese villagers drive their own car to work as street cleaners. Monthly salary 326$. Guizhou
The article said the reason : they are villagers sold their land to govt for projects and have nothing to do.
To avoid spend their big money to gamble or something else, they must get something as their every day job.
The cheapest car, as I realise is a Luxgen - Taiwan. Not realize any China brand.

I talk to those who don't believe bet if China continue now anti-corruption andeconomic development policy as long as not to natural disasters or man-madeunder

Another 20~30 years China basically no longer exists that village you used the familiar but more intensive and modernization

Maybe if hope may Chinese will become a developed country but this is a nice dream. After all Chinese too much though we place high but populationresources tension in 60 years

In Japan I want to say is you some things that is now most Chinese no

You want to have a good tradition in culture

And you live in quick rhythm

Of course, as a Chinese person, I just want to say that although I don't like your country from the angle of the history of political but some traditional culture andetiquette, you do better than most of the Chinese people

Of course I prefer is the Pakistan etiquette for their for our brotherhood of coursewe Chinese traditional is some

It is a pity that I was not too much to think about and understand some of thisthing now I'm studying hard.

In China we have a few traditional

It is never too old to learn

Others will be the Tu Yongquan

With these I emphasize that I don't like to talk politics because I don't understand!

Oh come on I thought you are better 8-)
I meant many villages are subject to the onslaught of bad weather, earthquake, insects, poor building material, dilapidated facilities so they are torn down for very good reasons :coffee::azn:

All what mentioned also apply to houses built 100 years ago in Europe, even palatial residents.

It has noting to do with Roman column.and that‘s product of west. Even i think actually it iooks hilarious

My mistake, it's Ionic, not Roman. Still look as fugly as one can imagine.

It's all about Money.
As 20 Years ago, my father can only earn 40 Euro(300Yuan) in a month. You can see how poor we were.
Because chinese get rich not long, now they still seek for better foods, better cloth, better cars. And then they will go to the sprit area, but later.
Becasuse people have not enough money. Thay just want to get the target with few money. Tranditional Chinese Building are not a very big market. The People have not enough money to hire perfessonal designer, workers, and even can not afford the material. Because it's not a big market. There is no company want to perduce the Material. It's very expensiv to make Wood components, roof tiles self. And also because it's not a big market. People still have no gut solution, how to lay out elec wire and electrical appliances. All together, It's much more expensive to rebuilt an old building than built new. The most people will chose to build new one. And also, in Tradition, man can not use fire in live building. How to cook and where to cook is also a problem.
But I will say give it 30 years. It will be more people, who are rich enough and want to live in the Tranditional Chinese Building, then there will be a market, and then there will be more and more Tranditional Chinese Building.

Not entirely, it's first of all about education or the lack of it. The Cultural Revolution destroyed the sense for art, beauty and culture by most people in China.

Before the CR, Chinese in the mainland generally had a sense of culture and beauty, even if they infused foreign elements into their art or architecture, e.g. Diaolou in Kaiping:
