We got a game plan how on to transform our village people, unlike some of these developing countries, the so called third world country, that don't really have a clue about what they are doing.

First, it is essential that premade village houses and their surrounding infrastructure are well organized and established before settlement is transfer. This is why you see some of these villages are empty. It is still in the process of transformation. Even tree and plants are not fully grown.

Second, the process of transfer must be done in an organized, systematic fashion. Each village household must sign a contract to exchange their old village house for a brand new one. ($30,000 old village for $300,000 house). Anyone who is stupid not to take that deal when being offer.

Last, establishing a community of county so that people that had been scattering all over the village area can be concentrated into one community. This will increase the efficiency and keeping track of village population better.

We are in the process of becoming a true developed country. This is how you suppose to do to transform your country from third world to the 1st world status!

From my perspective, I hate these match boxes type apartments or houses..All look similar, no individual identity, no uniqueness, same color, same pattern. Looks more like Lego blocks.

It would be good if these house are spread across in between trees, rivers etc to preserve the natural beauty too. Currently they are concrete jungles. Same stuff is happening in Gurgaon, Indian too...It is becoming concrete jungle, cutting trees, killing lakes/ponds etc.
