Vietnam's special envoy to visit China to cool down situation: spokesperson - Xinhua | English.news.cn

Le Hong Anh is sent as special envoy of VCP chief. I believe he is a man of pro China faction. Vietnam government confirms the visit.

An interesting aspect before this visit is at the same day Vietnam government issues an official regret about the riot incident, effecting several Chinese casualties and offers compensations.
If im right, VCP will kick out pro-West P.M Nguyen Tan Dung soon, this time VCP search for CPC and China government supports ... just watch the Vietnam's political show beginning.

Nguyen Tan Dung OUT !

In June 2014, Xi sent Yang Jiechi came to Vietnam to invite Trong, but Trong does not want to visit china now, instead he send Anh to visit...

The West put PM Dung in corruption list ,too . There is no pro-West or pro-China groups in VN. Do u know who could be our next PM ??

I just watched CCTV official news reported this meeting between Xi and ur Envoy.

Xi told Vietnam's special Envoy, "在关键时候要做出正确的政治决断/ the Party must make the right political decision at the crucial moment" and ur Envoy will convey words from CPC and Xi to ur VCP leader and Congress leader, only lack Vietnam P.M.

This meeting between Xi and ur special Envoy, mostly discussed the relationship between CPC & VCP, "越方愿意落实好这些共识,推动两党两国关系改善和发展。" ur Envoy promise to improve relationship for two Parties.

By these details, i can see P.M Dung failed in VCP's power struggle. VCP will give up P.M Nguyen Tan Dung.

PM Dung has made lots of mistake in handling VN economy, and hes in corruption list of Wikileak too. VN now need a new good PM.

Hehe ... even @NiceGuy said that, i believe P.M Dung will be OUT from VCP, he lost the game. :coffee:

And when u see our new PM, I bet that China even dislike our new PM much more than PM Dung :pop:
I think China no interested in ur P.M. The only thing China government might care, whether ur VCP changes the color or color revolution on Vietnam streets ?

I thought if Mr Dung still on the chair of PM, future it's inevitable there will be a color revolution in Vietnam and might bury VCP like Mikhail Gorbachev, but PM Dung failed .... i remember last time u laugh at me and told How STRONG PM Dung gangs and How WEAK ur VCP leader ... :coffee:

Right, I am sure that if the color revolution on the streets of Vietnam, chinese illegal labors will be the first targets...

Nobody is real (so-called)pro-china in Vietnam, only interests. Do not be delusional.

Whatever, i think i got the answer Vietnam P.M will change.

If im right, future in a long time ur Vietnam will be following China. :coffee:

If we see the news reported P.M Dung really dismissed , it means VCP executives agree to follow the China and pro-West liberal democracy way closed in Vietnam.

PM Dung's speeches were supported by majority of VN people. Do not have any problem with him because of that.
The other leaders of VCP (Trong, Sang, Hung ...) also had similar statements.

Dung got 2 tenures PM, he will retire at the end of this tenure. (in VN no one can hold more than 2 tenures)

Relations with china is only a part, and not outside of interests.

you will see relations of Vietnam - Western, Vietnam-Japan continue to blossom in the future.:coffee:

LOL at you. relax my friend. the PM can be ousted by 2/3 votes of the parliament members (non-confident voting). and the parliament is not controlled entirely by the VCP. No, moreover, I believe the pro West faction is in the majority. and of course, as long as the PM still enjoys the trust of the party, he stays in power. if not, he is history tomorrow.

I wonder why you chinese hope for if Vietnam PM steps down and is replaced by someone else?
here some more images, pics with Xi Jinping. he seems to be not very happy :haha:
no details of the secret talk are revealed.

I noticed that yesterday too. Our evoy looked kind of grumpy, can't understand why some says he is a pro-China.

It's sad to see you guys don't know what is right, what is wrong.
