You are full of BS. Vingroup only build luxury home. There is no information on how build affordable housing in Vietnam. But by observation I guess it is Vietnam Army.

A lot of apartment in Hanoi are built by Army and only sell to the army family. Their quality is so so but price is very affordable.

Vingroup build affordable apartment, you false flagger. Ever heard of vinhomes sportia, vinhomes ocean park, vinhomes grand park? Their unit can start as low as 700 million vnd. Vinhomes also build luxury housing, but that is single home villas, which is a tiny fraction of their units built.

Those apartment you mentioned is far from central Hanoi or HCMC. Take Hanoi as example, the Vingroup apartment within Hanoi city Phan Van Dong (demarcation of inner Hanoi) is about USD 2000 per sqm, hardly affordable unless your family sold off their village farm.

30 minutes drive from ha noi or hcmc is not far away. That kind of commute is much better than most people here in the u.s have to go to work. What i see in ha noi and hcmc is residential complex being built by vingroup, take for instance vinhomes sportia and vinhomes ocean park have close to 100,000 newly built apartment units. No one in vietnam can build that many. You mind telling me which complex other developers build have like 100,000 units in one city? Vinhomes grand park in hcmc has over 50,000 units as well and these are just affordable ones from 700 millions vnd starting..which army complex.can have that many units?.the answer is none

I'm not kidding you. Go read on those 3 residential complex, each of them has at least 40,000 units.

True in part but no longer the case today. Chinese ethnics, the Hoa controlled much of southern Vietnam economy during the war. Nowadays Chinatown as Cho Lon is just a shadow of the glorious past. Moreover Cho Lon looks like a slum.
