Then the problem is why Vietnam government spend so much money on weapons, rather than chicken farm that could supply poor people with cheap chicken and eggs..
It cost millions to buy a fighter or warship, but very cheap to start a chicken farm..

Chicken is cheap, but many VNese r very poor, many VNese only have rice and cheap dry fish to eat. Thats why the Govt. donate them wt chicken.

They dont have chicken, but still have rice and fish. A small country like VN wanna live in independence will face wt many problem such as Sanction, bullied by Big nations, etc..v...v..we need powerful weapons to protect our sovereignty first.

China bowed dow, accept US's rule over TW and beg for food from JP-US in 1979 so they got a better lives. But when CN wanna stand up, it also has to face wt many problem like 'umbrella revolt.' people get killed in border conflict, terrorist every where, economy facing wt collapse when the TPP deal come to reality etc.
