If I have it, I'm will be billionar VND in Vietnam. my home is 3 floors small building built on land area with 6m X 15 m = 90 m2 land, 6 km far away from center of Hanoi. My neighbor is ready to pay to me 30 bill VND (equivalent 1,4 mill US$) to my concern.

That is quite the opposite. Vietnam's reliance on oil exploration at the SCS for their economy is to try to relieve themselves from the heavy dependence on external investments. They won't let go of their claim @ SCS. Oil accounts for 1/4 of their GDP if I can remember correctly.

Yes, I agree. Though I actually mean Chinese businessmen by Vietnam Chinese. I personally know such an invester.
Still, my main claim is the real estate market in Hanoi is speculative. There was already a collapse in 2008. Considering the current trading volume, how do you know it won't happen again?

All these territorial issues should be settled by International/global arbitration. If any country do not agree and want to go to war, then the rest of the world should fight against them, even with Nuclear threats. Territorial aggression or aggression of any kind should not be tolerated by humanity. When both parties serve the same group of clients (lobbyists/former politicians) and their paymasters (corporate interests, AIPAC etc) before they serve the people I wouldn't call a true democracy. After whoever gets elected he still runs the policies based on these groups' interests as a priority, I wouldn't call that a true democracy either.

A true democracy is to serve the people first and last. A president's policies is always based on: would it benefits or hurt the majority of the people's interests.

Add to other elements, it's my opinion that America's democracy is changing for the worst.

These guys are Chinese. They do not understand what is 'democracy' or 'democratic'. They do not understand the differences, subtle and glaring, between 'first past the post' (FPTP) which is US and 'proportional representation' which is Europe and the many combinations and variations of those two in the middle. They do not understand that FPTP naturally favor a two-party political system while proportional representation favors enforcement of political diversity. Because they do not understand nor do they want to take the time and study political science to understand, it is far easier to put on airs of pretensions about and over their shallow understanding of political science and criticize US via AIPAC and other assorted political lobbyists.
