Funny thing is that this World Power Number 3 does not even have nuclear weapons.

If China and the Soviet Union did not warn the United States not to use nuclear weapons in the Vietnam War, anf if Chinadid not warn the United States should not cross the country's 17-degree latitude, whether the North Vietnamese government can exist was a problem.
