Exile Vietnamese are good at farming, here in Texas where many Vietnamese grow chickens. The total production of chicken meats in the US is about 200 million tons per year. Many from high priced chickens come from Vietnamese farms.
The farms are big, automatic, hightec. One farm has between 500,000 to 2,000,000 free running chickens. Usually only one or two employees run the farms.
Vietnamese in the US favor free running chickens over caged ones. The meat tastes better, low fat.
The chickens they farm initially come from Vietnam.

Yep while Vietnamese are farmers in Vietnam and still farmers in the US, Chinese Americans continue rising in business and science.

Unfortunately, Chinese Americans are still behind Indian Americans and have much catching up to do.

You fall behind in the States because Indian ethnic work harder. Young Indians excel in science and technology. They want to stay. In contrast most chinese ethnic sit on packed suitcases, want to return to China, the future superpower.
