The reason is China started to reform and open in 1979, Vietnam started a dozen year later. Kieu Huong invtested firstly in China since 1980's. Sometimes, opportonity is very important. For instance, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore got the first fast-developing chances in Asia since 1960's.
