Well, if the China government and people of China have seen they claim too much, to the illogical and irrational, then the peace negotiations will certainly evolve. But in reality, China has always disregards the interests of other countries, they only want to rely on their muscle strength to bully smaller countries surrounding the East Sea (south china sea).

Vietnam has ridiculous claims clearly, claiming islands that are 400 miles away from their shores and with no historical rights to back them up Vietnam is the most illegitimate party in the entire South China Sea claim, i suggest you look at the picture clearly, if it comes to an internationalized approach Vietnam will gain nothing.

Our Nguyen Lord and later on Nguyen Dynasty officially controlled Island Hoang Sa and TruongSa from long time in our history, it belong to Vietnam as recognized by internal law. It's out side of 200 miles of Vietnam coastline un der UNCLOS. China is just claim recently. China mainland is far more away than 400 miles.

The parties to respect international law and respect the legitimate interests of other stakeholders, everything will be solved in a satisfactory way. There will be an international court to resolve it, based on evidence and the law, not the words of the spokesperson or the parade of warships...
If the parties are confident in their evidence, why not turn to the consideration of international?

So, please press you government firstly, as I know, some big guys in your government are very pro-China
We won't bully Vietnam,but Vietnam should have a clear estimation of yourself as well
If China make a concession too much, our government will also face huge pressure from Chinese people

Don't be naive, international court can do nothing, China now is one of several main players in the world.
If international court can solve it, Vietnam and Philipine should have sued China long ago

I wonder about that "high IQ" chinese didn't understood intention of USA with this behabiour. USA is very smart when they let China occupied island of Vietnam by force, becourse USA has been calculated carefully about that. There is reaon USA turn back to the region with new rolle.
