The Tan Vu-Lach Huyen Bridge. after 3 years of construcion, cost $530 million, six lanes wide, 15km long, spanning 5.5km over water, reduce the travel time between the two ends from the current 2.5h to just 15min.

Beautiful pictures. However, it is not part of new Hanoi - Haiphong highway, which was in operation since 2015.
This bridge is to connect Haiphong city with Cat Hai island.
