Base on our law, u need to train our workers , but maybe it takes times to train when your companies want workers who can work immediately, so they try to hire Chinese workers, but its against our Law.

You guys' logic is really weird. When Viet does not have enough professional or skilled workers, you guys do not try to imporve your education system but waiting for foregin companies to train you?

How can we teach a guy to build a house or drive a excavator ?

Sending thousands of Viet young people to LanXiang School ?

Even farmer work also requires some skill.

a electrowelding worker has to practice at least one year.

For god's sake , foreign companies do not want to be bankrupt,we do not have money or time to train you how to do the basic work.

It is local Gov's responsibility to do the basic trainning , foreign company do the job training .

Those companies should hire less Chinese workers (below 1,000 ) and hire-train more local workers, then problem solved.

If you guys can get the work done perfectly and efficiently,those companies will hire you .

After all , they are business men , they want to make good money.

VN and China r communist, our Govt. dont wanna have trouble wt China Govt. , so they just ignore those illegal Chinese workers. But our local dont like those illegal workers, so the clash and riot will continue happen.

There are over 3,000 Chinese laborers without work permits in the Vung Ang Industrial Zone in Vietnam’s central province of Ha Tinh, the state media reported.

Prior to Recruitment of Foreign Nationals

Beginning Nov. 1, companies seeking to hire foreigners for positions that Vietnamese workers are not qualified for will need to report their demand to, and get approval from, the People’s Committee of the province or city in which the company has its headquarters.

“This demand report needs to be submitted once per year and will need to be updated throughout the year with any changes,” Lam explained. The chairman of the provincial People’s Committee must give written approval for each foreign employee in each position.

Additional requirements apply to contractors that use foreigners for their work in Vietnam, said Lam. They must ask the chairman of the People’s Committee to try to recruit Vietnamese workers for each position earmarked for a foreign employee. “The chairman has from one to two months to recruit suitable candidates,” she explained. “If it is not possible to do so, the chairman will consider allowing the contractor to recruit foreign employees for those positions.”
