Yes, as a stand up our own feet we will not make any false statement what China did to our country, and fact what China did bad for our country also. There is no way Vietnam will threaten to China or any countries and there is "no chances". There is a big fights if Vietnam could be harm for any reasons.In theory, Vietnamese peole hates war and will not support Vietnam Government to invade or occupied for any countries caused it.
