It is too late to blame anyone at this time of age. Vietnam just need more talents and better law. It will take some time.
It is better to have a united country than separated ones like North Korea and South Korea. We all agree Vietnam can do better if it wasn't for the Vietnam War. I kinda agree that some how China did opened up VCP's eyes. Otherwise, it would remain poorer and not open up to the US. VCP needs to stop riding Karl Marx's corpse. Vietnam just need to find that sweet spot for it to work.

If i were you , i would not ask such silly question..

How can you build a rig without components from oversea companies when VIET cannot even make a warship like destroyer .


You are just import all key parts and assmebly the rig in VIET.

Just let him die with his belief. Maybe his descendants will leave the "paradise" of the US and come back to Vietnam begging for works when the US collapse, or turns into another Brazil, just like the Japanese Brazilian now come back to Japan.

Now in my company, there are 02 ethnic Viet from the US and EU in their 50s and 60s, after living there most of their lives, coming back to work. With Western university degrees, their work quality are not any better than Vietnamese engineers and their salaries are roughly the same.

I do not wonder why he is dumb. Living with low IQ people and enjoying a poor quality education in the US, or possibly, no education at all, made him so.\

And I am seeing more and more ethnic Viet (and foreigners as well) leaving the paradises of US and EU to come back to communist Vietnam to live and work.

well making destroyers is mch more complicated than assembling oil rigs. if I was you, I would have not made silly statement above. 46 percent of the rig are local content. I never said the rig is 100 per cent vietnamese.

You can not find a country which is capable to build oil rig without importing key components when it needs to import destroyer or jets .
