by the way I have three question
1 - why cooperate with Ukraine to build ships ? won't it be easier to build
it with the help of South Korea ? after all they are one of the biggest ship
maker around the world and far nearer to Vietnam than Ukraine .

2- is there a bigger Picture of the ship I read that this ship is equipped
with missiles But I could not recognize the launcher on the ship in these
small pictures and the ship look to small to have any vertical launch
Capabilities.

3- What are the defense against aerial threat?

Judging from the picture, it is probably a 500 ton class missile boat armed with anti-ship missiles. The design is obviously old since it incorporates no stealth elements. Also strange is the big gun on a missile boat. I am not sure what exactly is this ship meant for, anti-ship or coast patrol? Maybe it is one of the ships that will be used for water patrol, but has some defense capability?
