Vietnam, Japan Sign Deal for Nuclear-Plant Study

Just give them the gawdamn bomb already, every time there is a nuclear related discussion going on between Vietnam and another nation somehow some loony tunes will be assume that Vietnam will turn it into a nuclear bomb. Hell if a X-ray machine was sent to Vietnam some tick tock will also somehow turn it into a nuclear bomb. The Nuclear plant isn't even finished yet and already there is talk about nuclear bombs.

This is the only Bomb in Vietnam I'm interested in

Producing Nuclear weapons takes a while, not to mention money and manpower.
This isn`t the 60`s, i don`t think Vietnam wants to become the new Iran, just find make an agreement with a great power and that`s it.
An attack on Vietnam will be an attack on Japan/Russia/US, etc...

Yeah but if China threatens then you are already out of time to react, and if you try and develop nukes then you will be under threat of an invasion.

There is no way Vietnam can actually get nuclear weapons with China, the best you could do is first get a great power on your side.

Thanks, but we just go in diffrent way with another small countries , we need No protection form Big countries, as you can see US-CHina tried to invaded Vn already, but failed , so we just simply don't scare of the threat of an invasion any more

Yeah i guess you are right but China isn`t the US. They don`t follow the same moral codes, they will be ruthless if they do attack, with no regard for human rights of any kind.
Besides, your country is friendly with the US nowadays, right?

If she Nuke us, we will nuke back, both die ....and it seems nonsense for Both VN and CHina , Rich Chinese don't wanna die now , they have lots of money to enjoy a luxury life .So, only poor CHinese is ruthless bcz they're powerless and have Nothing to lose

Yep, US is our friend now, he may wanna get out of ASEAN due to his economy problem, but he need some one can stop CHina's invasion in ASEAN, so , he may chose VN to do this job
