So what about China economy ? China = Communism (National controlled companies) + Capitalism (Private companies) ... TPP rules not allow state-owned company and open union, that not fit for today China economy. I say Capitalism unequal to developed nation, except WestEurope / North America / S.Korea / Japan most capitalism nations also r the developing nation.

If Vietnam hope to join TPP following American rules to get rich, there's a big risk for VCP more like a national gamble.
