Vietnam, China hold strategic defence talks

This is an annual military dialogue between the two countries, it is not the first time.

I noticed that between words and actions of Chinese government are always a big gap. They always say "friendship" whenever they meet Vietnamese government but in fact they have actions very aggressive, behave arbitrarily, they are greedy, unreasonable, despite the laws and no respect for Vietnam's sovereignty.

Anyhow the dialogue will help both sides to enhance mutual understanding, to avoid mistakes....

China needs her own Israel and I think Vietnam fits the bill perfectly if.......

...if the Chinese are not too greedy.

However, this seems too late. Vietnam today is also a strategic partner of the United States, India, Japan...

Of course, if there is no any enemy who is one of neighbors that is always good for all countries. However, respect for each other's sovereignty has always been the first important thing. We will respect sovereignty and interests of China if the Chinese respect our sovereignty and interests. If not, will not talk to any next thing.

Today relations between Vietnam and the US is the best level ever. Despite the disagreements on "human rights", but it cannot hinder the relationship between the two countries. I think this relationship is going further in the future.

Vietnam and India have special traditional friendship, it's no doubt.

Vietnam and Japan have special relationship. It will also continue to go further in the future.
