The average Vietnamese in China makes less than half the salary of a Chinese, because you are illegal immigrants. China hands out very blur argument, she is using argument of a stronger guy to claim the sea. Double tongue liar is China, not Vietnam. If China went back 500 years ago, then she has all right to take any action but now, century 21st.
