Video of Test-firing Prithvi-II missile (2016)

The video below is claimed to be about a test fire of Prithvi-II missile early this year which was claimed as successful as per

But video is telling something else. With no intentions to troll I just want to humbly ask the Indian members

(a) if this really is video of the test as quoted above?

(b) Is it really Pritvi-II in the video below?

(c) If its an old video then can we know how old it is?

(d) If it is actually test of Prithvi-II from this year then what led to a failed test as it is already in service since long. (An old missile with new systems onboard can miss the target but aint expected to go for a failed launch like this.)

PS: @mods if it is felt that thread is being derailed then plz delete is there and then.
