So want say this, all countries are racist, some more some less.

1- You linked Pakistan and India in the racism. Well that is not the case at all. Pakistan has come out as one of the most tolerant countries in the world. While India is deeply racist and vile society. There are numerous videos available on the youtube showing horrendous violence against the African Blacks in India. Don't try to be dishonest.
2- Are African not racists!! This is a lame excuse, try to shift the blame, a trait of Indians.
3- You said USA was racist and look at it now. Well, USA is still deeply racist, ask any USA's African American.
4- You claim migration is the problem. I think there are more Indian migrates than from any other country. Ask all those Indians back before preaching.

First my English is not good so it is difficult for me to say what I want.
Ok I try again.
Racism is very bad, it is fact. I don't say it is good or give explaining for it.
What I say is, that it is not only in China. And with time it will change.
Look racism is one discrimination.
You want say India Pakistan don't do discrimination.
You agree that we Indian do discrimination but you forget how you do it in Pakistan. You make law so that nonmuslim pakistani never take any powerful position in govt or military.
Why this discrimination?
And yes Africans also do discrimination, look at there civil wars. What is it? One people fighting and killing other people from same country because religion or tribe different.
Also USA change laws, stop slavery, make black president, so yes they change but not perfect. Nobody is perfect.
