Why not use Uttam 2 + Tejas Mission computers + EW kit + Indian missiles etc to do the Super Sukhoi upgrade yourself?

With the work done on Darin programme + Tejas computers etc you have all you need..

All you need then is new engines from Russia ?

Its weird because China did exactly that. Their Su-30 MKK is essentially Su-30 with their own AESA radar upgrades.
