Kid dont make a fun of yourself....Even if those are "RAW" boats,it does not mean that they r gonna smuggle weapons/drugs in frigates....At max will be launches of 500 kg....That is at max...And navy and coast guards are already doing a great job with whatever they have at hand

Wastage of precious resources... wile missiles might be old the fuel, the launch platform and resources spent on tracking and man power is all for nothing. Pirates are like Hydra...chop one head and another one will spring up...as long as lucrative easy millions are available...poor illiterate youth will not be afraid to die and give up. problem needs to be tackled with very different angle
