I don't hate Indians in Singapore.
Will have hard life to hate Indians(from India) here because they are everywhere in Singapore, haha.
So much so, we gave our government a strong message in an election a few years back.
Tamils and Sikhs are friendly and good folks here.

But there are CERTAINLY some category of Indians in India that are hateful.
My Indian friends tell me those are usually the Northern Indians.
I have Northern Indian friends here as well but they are all OK types so I guess it is the TOXIC ENVIRONMENT in India that is poisoning them.

One thing I find weird that the local North Indians don't mix well with the local South Indians.
But they all are good with the rest of us.
Those committing ATTROCITIES on the civilians in Kashmir and other minorities are definitely DESPICABLE.

Ask them about Pakistanis and Muslims, that is the litmus test.
