The rules of international geopolitics apply equally to all countries, past, present and future. Any future superpower that replaces USA someday will abide by the same eternal rules, just like all the ones before in human history.

that is just your opinion, i think this world will finally live peacefully for few centuries after USA is replaced as superpower because they have caused so much destruction through wars that rest of the world is tired of this.

Why be jealous of USA's success in international geopolitics?

Generally those people from other countries who get enticed by the American government to do its bidding are not the brightest of people.
