Before some members get very angry about this, do note nothing (legally) prevents Chinese warplanes from reaching within 100 km of Hawaii or LA.

If the report is true. If US airplane was 100 km away from Shanghai it means Chinese radars is not as good as the Chinese members claim it to be.
