US very bullish on India: Hillary Clinton

US does everything what is favorable for them.. what ever dialogue happens .. we will get what is strategically important for us by money... at present we want US to support for UNSC permanent seat and lifting of ban on technology hardware lets see will Obama softens or he bullies again... I dont think Obama will do any favour for us... he is more anti Indian as compared to the previous two US president who realized our power...

When the east india company set up shop .. noone in their wildest dreams thought what would happen in the decades to follow. This new form of imperialism is slowly showing its true colours. Pakistan has been a prime example. Our debt facilitation is the reason our school teachers will never be paid and hence the vicious cycle keeps repeating with illiterate and traitor leaders. Why would anyone care about this country when the only time they have to see the bathroom is when they have to use the bathroom. This kind of behaviour is not just predominant in Pakistani's only. Its a sub continent thing from the british days. Our sense of country and civil society has been erased successfully in these 200 years. Our society needs to heal itself before it can realign with mainstream society. I think I am just rambling cause I see India falling for the sweet nothings which are just as likely from the british playbook a very long time ago.

Pakistan's alignment with US id based on complete dependency. They totally handed over their responsibilities to the Americans right down to the county's budget. The Americans used you when needed. South Korea is also aligned with US. But they used US for their benefit and developed their country. India has a stronger say now and I don't think it will take Pakistan's path.

the us clearly wants india to be successful to a very large extent, when will pak realise that as long as the US dont have a long term stake in pakistan being strong they wont give a damn - time to wake up and stop being the cheap whore

I agree with that except for the last two words you used. Pakistan must realise that it is not all-weather allies like US or China which it needs. Pakistan needs to set its policies right and give the world a stake in its stability.

The world today thinks that China, India, Brasil etc. and other growing economies have a greater role to perform in the stability and betterment of the world.

Sadly, the world doesn't seem to think that about Pakistan and for the most part it's been Pakistani rulers' policies to blame.

Had Pakistani rulers built a state based on the vision and ethos of its founding father, things would have been drastically different today.
