Shahbaz base is under PAF control... it might have a few US officials coz of the new F-16s but thts it.... as for Pasni.. its under Pak control and "COULD" be used with permission of GoP under emer,,,....!

Yes,It was given to US after the 9/11 and was vacated by them in 2002. Nowadays Pasni is regularly visited by Mirage and F-7 squadrons.

Shamshi was nothing but the most lethal base is Jacababad which was emptied out by Musharraf in 2006 but re given to americans in 2008 by political government. that is the main base which is known for operational base

but it was musharaf who showed americans the way to this airbase....he showed americans the way to drone attacks.....
he allowed nato road route....your leaders are pretty assholes

Shamsi should be renamed as Musharfi airbase....in honour of one asshole..who sold his airbase to be used against his own people....

Really Pain Full, nothing to feel rejoiced over getting shamsi base back under Pakistani flag. During past last 10 years it was directly under US with USA flag flying over it.

All muslim countries in this region ( QATAR, Saudia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, Pakistan etc ) have US ground troops and air bases on their soil. Simply shame less.

Uncle SAM don't worry, the greedy generals and politicians will continue to accommodate you in other bases in Pakistan.
