May be. India may not be as big lender as China is, it can do most funding itself with own infrastructure assets (though will be cumbersome and take time and unable in many things like HSR), so limited to a few number of countries

but undoubtedly enough bigger than Pakistan to buffer y from commenting on such issues.

China is under going deep crisis and their economy is not growing as claimed by their official figure.China debt now become 250% to its GDP,check todays guardian news...

Throwing billions and trillions will not work any longer like before and they will loose big business opportunity in india(Ultimate benefit for west and japan), if they keep serious issues with india,which is the fastest growing major economy.

For india not getting NSG is not end of the world and still we can get Uranium from many countries and also nuclear reactors from Russia,France and US.India already have largest thorium deposits which will replace Uranium and considered safest and future fuel.
