Same proofs were used for US courts for Headley and same were used by Indian courts for Kasab. I dont know what type of proofs do Pakistan courts require, well that is not the point of discussion of this thread.

Kasab was caught perpetrating an act of terror, on CCT to boot. You don't have that kind of clear cut evidence to make a case against alleged conspirators or leaders, especially when they deny any involvement.

Headley basically chose to enter into a deal and confessed.

Sorry, I don't see any trashing whatsoever. To get evidence you need the Pakistani State and the Deep State. For that the top leadership needs to be arrested and tried for War Crimes.

Two points -
1. There is ONLY one statement from the British High Commission. None from the British or US Govts.
2. India and Pakistan are enemy states and will remain so till India remains non Muslim. I accept and respect that. I don't mind Pakistan state/non state actors attacking and killing Indian civilians. I expect nothing better. I just want India to be prepared for future attacks and/or if possible finish the threat once and for all.

In the meantime Pakistani papers can have a field day by manipulating their editorial titles.
